Guadalupe Sánchez
Principal
My name is Guadalupe Sánchez. II am immensely lucky to have worked for 31 years in one of my great passions; education. For over ten years I have been head of SEK-Les Alpes, where we offer students an experiential learning experience (cultural, linguistic, personal development and commitment to sport) in Europe, in the heart of the French Alps.
I am also responsible for coordinating SEK institutional projects and am a member of the advisory council of the Camilo José Cela Foundation. Moreover, I teach on the master's degree in Management, Innovation and Leadership of schools at the UCJC.
I am defined by my capacity for organization and planning, my constant desire to learn, and my ability to work in a team.

Sandra Sáez
Foreign languages
Sandra, a foreign language teacher for ten years, started teaching English and French in Spain, later moving to the UK to teach Spanish and French. Both countries gave her unique and complementary experiences that make her the professional she is today. Currently, she work at SEK-Les Alpes, which allows her to continue doing what she is most passionate about: a flexible curriculum such as the IB in an unrivalled atmosphere.

Lula Martínez
Boarding Hall and Outdoor Education Manager
Lula Martínez Pérez is a computer engineer who wanted to pursue her passion to become a Senior Sports Technician for alpine skiing. She is a Duke of Edinburgh Expedition Supervisor, Advisor and Program Leader at SEK Les Alpes School. A former SEK student, she started working at SEK-Les Alpes in 2017 as a summer course teacher. Her current role encompasses coordinating the boarding halls and managing the outdoor learning program according to the seasons of the year.
Sara Pérez
Science teacher
Sara worked in the building sector and decided to turn her career around in favor of what she is most passionate about, which is teaching. From there she began working in camps, academies, universities, and schools. She love challenges, mountains, adventures and nature, which is why SEK-Les Alpes is a great fit for her. She enjoys the snow paradise of SEK-Les Alpes and looks forward to the adventures that are ahead of her there.
Christine Barfety
Sport Academy teacher
A ski competitor from a very young age, Christine then turned to teaching, becoming a ski instructor within the French Ski School and in addition, a physical education teacher.
For the 27 years that she has been working at SEK les Alpes college, she has taught more than 600 students and teachers to ski!
Having always practiced a variety of sports and in particular outdoor sports, she became an expert in the Adventure Journey are of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Annabelle Morel
French language professor
A native of the north of France who arrived to Savoie in 2007, Annabelle has been teaching Spanish for 20 years to young French people. Since 2008 she has been at SEK-Les Alpes, where she introduces the culture and the French language to students. In addition she is a volunteer in various local and regional sports structures and is eager to share her passion for sports and learning with her students.
